Microsoft Outlook POP3 Email Configuration

Microsoft Outlook Homepage
Click on “Tools”
Click on “Email Accounts”
Select “View or Change Existing Email Accounts”
Select the account to modify
Press the Change button
Click the More Settings button
Click the Outgoing Server tab
Check the Checkbox that says: “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Make sure the Radio button is selected that says: “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.


Server Information
 Outgoing mail (SMTP): outgoing.imailbox.com
 Account Name: username@imailbox.com
 Incoming mail (POP3): incoming.imailbox.com
